Your Role & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

This is a new role. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced bulk driver to join our local team to help support our growth in the market. The role entails delivering bulk chemicals to various municipal and industrial customers generally in the MetroVancouver region using Brenntag-owned equipment. Though this is a local role and the suitable candidate can expect to be home at the end-of-the-workday, there may be opportunities for some overnight travel. Some overtime can be expected. Our equipment is equipped with camera and telemetry systems. We will provide all required training and equipment to help you be successful and safe in this role.

Job Description :

• Perform the role in a manner that is reflective of Brenntag’s Core Values (Safety, Care, Trust, Clarity, Excellence) within regulatory requirements and Company policies, programs and expectations;
• Ensure and maintain a safe work environment at all times, reporting unsafe conditions immediately to Management
• Pick up and deliver both bulk and non-bulk chemical products, as required, in a safe and conscientious manner;
• Keep the vehicle that he / she is assigned in a mechanically sound, safe, and clean condition;
• Complete all paperwork such as digital log books, truck inspection forms, run sheets, bills of lading, etc. precisely and in a timely manner;
• Work toward meeting business goals and share their successes with others;
• Make every effort to support and represent the business at all times;
• Effectively manage activities so that they are completed in a timely but safe manner;
• Complete other tasks and other projects as assigned by Management;
• Complete all training as required in the Regulatory / Compliance Training Program
