Head of Product - SaaS Solutions

Salary: $120,000 - 135,000 per year

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS Product Management
• Proven track record contributing to the growth of a SaaS company
• Experience leading software development teams
• Strong skills in business analysis
• Familiarity with integrating AI or intelligent automation in SaaS products
• History of delivering projects on schedule and meeting specifications
• Experience in B2B SaaS is mandatory
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or safety-focused industries is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct detailed business analysis hands-on
• Lead and manage software development and QA teams directly
• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle from ideation to deployment
• Prioritize and assess the integration of AI capabilities into the platform
• Develop and update a rolling 90-day and long-term roadmap
• Establish feature sequencing and success metrics
• Document trade-offs and prioritization decisions clearly
• Gather and organize requirements from stakeholders
• Translate objectives into clear, testable product specifications
• Define acceptance criteria before starting development
• Confirm that delivered functionalities meet defined goals
• Set clear sprint and release timelines for the teams
• Hold team members accountable for their commitments
• Monitor productivity and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure that quality standards are met prior to product release
• Maintain governance and discipline in release processes
• Discover practical applications for AI and automation within the product
• Lead the discovery, validation, and implementation of AI features
• Ensure a responsible and scalable integration of AI
• Balance innovation with compliance and risk management considerations
• Utilize product analytics and client insights for informed prioritization
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Leadership to maintain alignment
