Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client, Velan, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Manufacturing) to lead complex and strategic projects in the industrial valves sector. If you enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams, tackling technical challenges, and delivering concrete results, this position is for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of high-risk projects.
• Mobilize and supervise a multidisciplinary project team.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and client commitments.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Use ERP tools to plan, track, and deliver projects.
• Identify risks, resolve problems, and suggest improvements.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or engineering.
• 10 years of experience, including 3 in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
• Bilingualism (French/English) and excellent communication skills.
• PMP certification (an asset).
• Leadership, rigor, flexibility, and analytical skills.
• Eligibility for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
