Capital Chevrolet in Calgary seeking a dedicated and motivated Auto Body Apprentice to join our growing team!

As an Auto Body Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and mentors, honing your skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience in auto body repair and refinishing. You will assist in performing a wide range of tasks, from repairing dents and scratches to restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing vehicles for repair, including disassembling and cleaning
  • Support technicians in conducting body repair work, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to shop guidelines at all times

  • Currently enrolled in an Auto Body Apprenticeship program and at the Second, Third or Fourth Year level
  • Solid understanding of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Good physical stamina and dexterity to handle various tasks in an auto body shop environment
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and mechanics
