Job Description
We are seeking for Skilled professionals to become part of our deficiency team! You will perform the necessary work to correct all interior deficiencies before homeowners take possession of their new home.
Compensation is based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities :
- Identify deficiencies and be able to work independently to correct them.
- Painting and touch-ups including patching and sanding
- Drywall repairs
- Woodwork repairs
- Applying silicone and caulking
- Adjusting doors and cabinets
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in deficiencies and painting is an asset.
- Familiarity with hand and carpentry power tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Must have valid SIN# or work permit. Job Type :

$25-$30 per hour
