JOB DESCRIPTION :
The role of the Marketing Data Analyst is to support the team and our marketing activities. You will be responsible for analyzing data, providing insights, and helping optimize our marketing efforts. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyze marketing data across multiple channels (e.g., paid ads, email campaigns,website analyics) to identify trends and insights.
- Measure ROI on marketing campaigns and recommend optimizations to improve performance.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and provide real-time visibility into marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design measurement plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Aggregate data from different sources to provide a holistic view of marketing spend efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define key performance metrics and set benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved allocation of marketing budgets.
- Conduct A / B tests and interpret results to guide campaign strategies.
- Present insights and findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable reports.
- Stay up-to-date with data analysis tools and industry trends.
- Approach analyses with minimal guidance and have structured, strategic thinking to design a plan before digging into data.
Profil
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or equivalent training)Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing contextStrong data-driven mindset with proven analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization best practicesExperience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), and working with large datasets from various sources (CRM, web analytics, campaign data, etc.)Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersInterest in marketing performance metrics and customer behavior analysis is a strong assetFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and / or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plusInformations contractuelles
WORK CONDITIONS :
