Technical Support & Repair Technician

Regular - Full Time

We're looking for a detail-oriented technician with hands-on electronics and customer support experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide technical support, perform diagnostics and repairs on professional audio gear, and work closely with customers, sales, and manufacturers to uphold our service excellence.

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a bench technician or equivalent tech support role
• Strong skills in soldering, diagnostics, and working with schematics
• Previous work with audio equipment and familiarity of the Canadian audio industry is considered a big bonus
• Must be highly organized, communicative, and comfortable with occasional travel
