Position Description :

Für ein langfristig angelegtes ITSM-Projekt auf Basis von Matrix42 suchen wir Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Du arbeitest an einer produktiven Plattform, die im Alltag genutzt wird und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird. Keine Spielwiese, sondern reale Anforderungen und saubere Lösungen.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Entwicklung und Customizing von ITSM-Lösungen auf Basis von Matrix42
Technische Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Projektteam und Stakeholdern
Arbeiten mit Datenbanken und SQL für Abfragen und Auswertungen
Entwicklung von Workflows, Logiken und Oberflächen mit JavaScript
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Stabilität der ITSM-Plattform

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder im ITSM-Umfeld

Grundkenntnisse in SQL und JavaScript

Interesse an ITSM-Prozessen, Plattformen wie Matrix42 und Schnittstellen

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft

Technisches Verständnis und Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut Deutsch (mind. C1) und gut Englisch.
