Job descriptionAccess Control - Monitor entry points and verify credentials to prevent unauthorized access Maintain order and mange crowds Conduct regular patrols of event to detect and deter suspicious activities Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies or other crises Maintain effective communication with event organizers, fellow security personnel and emergency services Possess a valid security guard license in the province of Ontario Experience in event Security Ability to work in a team environment Excellent customer service / people skills Able to read, write, and speak English Be a Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada Previous experience dealing with crowds and potential confrontational situations and having the ability to de-escalate with little to no supervision
