Your new role

As a Civil Project Manager specializing in municipal land development and infrastructure, you’ll join the Kelowna team and take on a leadership role in delivering a diverse range of civil projects. You will plan, coordinate, and execute work while guiding a team of designers and EITs to deliver high‑quality design solutions.In this role, you will :

• Manage infrastructure upgrades, subdivision developments, and the design / construction of water, sewer, drainage, and transportation systems
• Provide technical direction to EITs and designers on preliminary and detailed design packages
• Estimate project costs,plete analyses and calculations, and prepare reports, proposals, and contract documents
• Build and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify project expectations
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high‑quality oues
• Develop project work plans, including schedules, milestones, risks, and control strategies
• Proactively address performance, scope, and scheduling challenges
