Territory Manager - Agriculture

Are you a dynamic, target-driven professional with a knack for building lasting customer relationships in Agriculture? Do you have many years of AG sales, parts, and service experience? Join our client’s team as a Territory Manager and spearhead our client’s retail sales efforts in your designated territory. Your mission is to nurture existing customer loyalty and unearth new opportunities, all while increasing sales through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers through regular, meaningful interactions.
  • Identify unmet customer needs, tailoring solutions to match.
  • Innovate sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue within your assigned territory.
  • Keep your product knowledge and equipment expertise up to date to better serve customers.
  • Ensure that brand awareness within your trade area aligns with company expectations.

Requirements:

  • A post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of 3+ years in previous sales roles, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, enabling effective interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products, allowing you to serve as an informed resource for your clients.
