The People team handles everything from benefits & employee engagement to professional development opportunities and more! What You Will Do
- Support the development, implementation, and management of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure all benefits programs follow local, regional, and global regulations
- Handle relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring service delivery and resolving any issues
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about benefits offerings and any changes
- Analyze benefits data and trends to assess current programs' efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement wellness initiatives to improve overall employee health and well-being
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure our benefits packages remain competitive in all regions
- Work closely with HR, legal, and other departments to align benefits strategies with overall business objectives
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure consistent implementation of benefits programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees during open enrollment periods and implement new benefits
- Assist in crafting and updating benefits and LOA policies and procedures to support program delivery
- Partner with Legal and People OPs to ensure that the LOA programs are consistent with local legislation
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience working with benefits management, ideally of at least 3+ years
- In-depth knowledge of benefits programs, regulations, and best practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strategic Thinking and problem-Solving mentality
- Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy and quality
