Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Team Leader, you will: • Lead and motivate a small maintenance team to achieve high equipment standards. • Ensure all centre equipment is maintained and complies with regulations. • Liaise with team members and guests regarding faults and issues. • Receive thorough induction and ongoing training to develop your skills and future career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team
• Proficiency in general DIY: painting, decorating, plumbing, non‑electrical maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and proactive problem‑solving
• Strong organizational and workload‑planning skills
• Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work independently and support facility upkeep
• Flexible around working hours
