Tier 2 Support Analyst
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Tier 2 Support Analyst for a 8 month contract in Calgary, AB.
Tier 2 Support Analyst Job Details
- Act as a Tier 2 Support, and resolve more complex and impactful issues that T1 has escalated
- Advanced system troubleshooting, hardware recommendations and for corporate devices
- provide specialized knowledge in certain areas of mobile device and endpoint management
- Support all aspects of enterprise applications, registrations, and proxy settings
- Provide Application patching
- Strong knowledge of Power Shell, Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Provide support on device configurations, user policies, authentication methods, data retention and MFA settings / passwords.
- Provide mentorship to Tier 1 to help foster a pro-active Support team long term.
Tier 2 Support Analyst Responsibilities

7+ years of experience supporting end users in office and remotelyAdvanced, deep troubleshooting experienceGood time management skillsadaptability into a fast paced, changing environmentStrong understanding of general IT infrastructure expertisePrevious experience supporting an On-prem and hybrid-cloud environmentStrong skills within Server, Network, Azure and Active DirectoryGood working knowledge of IT Security principles and best practicesTier 2 Support Analyst Assignment Length
