Onsite Desktop Support - Hardware Upgrades and deployment

Deploy new tech devices (laptops and tablets)

Job Description / Qualification

Technical university degree or diploma from a recognized educational institution

1-3 years experience installing, analyzing, and supporting Desktops, Laptops, periphery equipment and application software

Replacing old laptop and desktop hardware

Deploying equipment with Windows 11 Operating System, proficiency in the configuration and use of Windows 11 is an asset

Installation of required applications

Shipping new devices to remote employees

Reclaiming the old equipment, wiping and decommissioning of the old equipment

Strong problem solving skills with a demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting PC hardware and software related problems

Previous experience in a customer service focused role preferred

Hours would be Monday to Friday 8 : 00-4 : 30

Location is 6080 Young St, Suite 309, Halifax, NS, B3K 5M3
