Support Engineer (AWS, Incident management, PL / SQL)

Experience Required : 6-8

Keywords : Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud Computing, Incident Management, PL / SQL, Unix Shell Scripting and text processing tools

Role Descriptions :

Advanced SQL, Unix and AWS skills. Person will need to have some technical background especially AWS. New recon tool is on the cloud and will also need someone with support experience. Tickets, Incident, problem, change management skills. Good communication skills to work with business and understanding of financial products and recon.
