Field Technician (IMAC)

This position requires bilingual proficiency in French and English. It is based in Montreal .

As a Field Technician (IMAC) , you will be responsible for the handling, installation, replacement, and configuration of laptops, desktops, and all associated peripherals for our clients' end users. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required .

This role reports to the Customer Service Manager .

Main Responsibilities :

• Installs, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems and documents the processes
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals
• Performs a variety of complex tasks
• Works under general supervision; a certain degree of creativity and independence is required
• Installation, replacement / configuration of IT equipment and network peripherals
