To keep up with our growth, we’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Account / Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for client relationships, a knack for closing deals, and experience in digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do : Account Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and industry trends.
- Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Proactively address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Sales :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth.Conduct discovery calls and present tailored digital marketing solutions to prospects.Collaborate with the team to develop compelling proposals and pitches.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.Strategy :
Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that align with client objectives.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for clients.Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to expand existing client accounts.What We’re Looking For :
Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in account management and / or sales, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset.Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).years of experience in account management or sales in a related field.Must have valid drivers license and be able to travel to client sites. Position is remote but successful candidate must be based full time in the Greater Vancouver region.
