Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a talented and driven Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. Working closely with Project Managers and clients within the industrial design sector, this role requires a high degree of technical expertise, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing engineering drawings using 2D and 3D drafting and modeling software, as well as office software, to produce contract documents.
• Providing detailed listings of equipment and materials for new industrial construction or renovation projects.
• Collaborating with clients to ensure concepts and designs align with their needs, expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
• Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with client requirements, building codes, relevant by-laws, and industry best practices.
• Addressing client and project issues promptly and effectively.
• Conducting site visits for documenting existing site conditions and attending meetings during construction.
• Preparing and reviewing contract administration documentation.
• Creating CAD and REVIT content while advancing company standards.
