Digital Program Manager - Pharmaceutical ExperienceHybrid - 3 days a week Toronto, Canada Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement elements of the Digital Strategic Plan.Monitor the Digital Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring progress, KPI tracking, and value realization.Manage innovation pipelines, supporting MVP development and scalable projects.Lead cross-functional teams, providing program realignment and strategic support.Create and communicate the value of digital tools and assets for innovation and operations.Collaborate with global Digital leaders to align strategies and deliver milestones.Identify trends in AI, business models, and partnerships to guide strategy.Drive high-priority programs supporting new drug launches.Create roadmaps, set milestones, and manage risks for projects.Coach and develop team members, enhancing skills and goals.Strengthen Digital Strategy and Program functions.Facilitate workshops and presentations to advance initiatives.Address and escalate risks or issues to governance bodies.Develop strategies for organizational growth and talent development.Prepare materials and briefings for executive discussions.Key Qualifications and CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in a STEM field.4–6 years of experience in Pharma, Technology Consulting, or Data / AI product management.Expertise in leading technology-driven, data-focused initiatives.Strong strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.Skills in product management, agile team leadership, and partnership management.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and in team environments.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.Comfortable working in ambiguity and making autonomous decisions.Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
