As a Senior Legal Advisor in the Legal Documentation – Financial Markets team, you will practice law as a specialist on the legal aspects related to the various trading activities and operations of the Bank and its subsidiaries. In addition, you will provide professional support and ensure the development of the legal expertise as well as the protection of the Bank’s interests and rights.

As part of the Capital Markets and Treasury Risk Management sector, our team comprises nine lawyers and a paralegal. Operating across Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, New York, Dublin, London, and Hong Kong, we negotiate and manage key transactional financial contracts with the Bank's clients globally.
