Associate Lawyer – Litigation

The Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to join a diverse litigation practice with mentorship and support from senior counsel. You will work on a wide range of matters including commercial disputes, estate litigation, employment law, and general civil litigation. We are looking for a lawyer who is confident in court, committed to delivering excellent client service, and eager to contribute to our collegial and community-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation files, including client consultations, pleadings, discovery, mediations, and trials
• Provide sound legal advice and practical solutions to clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas to support clients’ broader legal needs
• Participate in firm initiatives, professional development, and community engagement activities
• Uphold, promote and demonstrate our Firm core values, Integrity, Excellence and Innovation
