Who We Are
We are seeking a motivated full-time, permanent Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting : Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails, understand customer needs, route qualified opportunities to sales executives, and maintain mailing lists.
- Sales and Customer Management : Close sales, achieve quotas, manage and expand prospect database, and collaborate to build sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building : Develop long-term relationships with clients and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Research and Account Management : Research accounts via LinkedIn, identify decision makers, generate interest, and work with partners to close transactions and maximize revenue.
- Product Knowledge and Training : Stay updated on products / services and competitors, and provide accurate information to customers.
- Administrative Duties : Use CRM software for tracking activities and prepare sales reports.
- Collaboration and Support : Work with team members and provide feedback to marketing.
