What will you do?
Simply put, you will be responsible for maintenance and building operations. Below are some of the primary responsibilities that entails; we’ll discuss the others in person :
- Carry out and / or Supervise preventative maintenance and regular inspections on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems;
- Complete tenant service calls such as changing lights, heating / cooling calls etc. in a safe and professional manner;
- Oversee the appearance and safety of the properties;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions / recommendations;
- Oversee contractors and ensure they abide by contract guidelines and project timelines;
- Respond to emergency after hours calls as required;
- Communicate with Property Management on building and tenant issues regularly;
- Maintain maintenance and daily logs of equipment including meter readings;
- Maintain keys and locks register
