Randstad is looking for a Claims Handler, Tax & Utility to work for a well-known financial company in the Oakville area. This is an Amazing full time, permanent hybrid position, to find out more, read below!!!!
Location : Oakville
Annual salary $60,000 - 65,000
Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Responsibilities
- Process and review claims for coverage as per companies policies and coverage guidelines
- Provide superior customer service to clients via portal, email, and phone.
- Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience.
- Provide information on denied claims
- Prepare detailed support documents.
- Engage with external stakeholders to confirm outstanding accounts, where required.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have legal assistant experience, doing real estate
- Must have a Minimum 5 years of experience as a real estate law clerk in a firm and / or title insurance environment
- Ability to work with high volume claim files
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Real Estate and Legal Assistant experience can be an asset
- Ability to review documents and re-calculate adjustments made in a real estate transaction
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Team player
