During your shifts, you will ensure our members enjoy the facility. You will ensure Club Rules are followed and address exceptions fairly and diplomatically. You will assist in delivering member experience needs including parking management, reception coverage, member enquiries, site patrols, and other duties as assigned. We seek an individual with front-facing customer focus. You know how to get the best out of those you encounter as you are certain and yet have a gentle touch. This is a seasonal role that will cover the summer of 2025. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (60% ) - Show commitment to providing an exceptional club experience to all members, aligned with Jericho Tennis Club values. - Demonstrate awareness and understanding of Jericho Tennis Club's aim to deliver exceptional services to both members and guests. - Ensure that all Members & guests receive courteous, prompt & professional attention to their needs. Ensure timely and effective two-way communication between Members and the management team. Audit Membership and guest attendance and adherence to rules. Take action to inform. - Exercise vigilant oversight of parking areas to ascertain that all vehicles possess valid parking permits upholding the established regulations of the Club. - Act as a parking attendant during peak busy times. - Must be able to perform some reception duties including but not limited to accurately posting all charges, assisting with check in guests, attend to members query. - Provide exceptional club rules and regulations information to members and guests' concerns and assist them in adherence to the club rules. - Exhibiting a flexible and proactive approach to contributing to the overall operational efficiency and excellence of the Jericho Tennis Club. - Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - Excellent customer focus and orientation - Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset - Ability to use and learn basic Club booking and member engagement platforms as required - Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends - Ability to work for several hours walking, and standing in summer conditions JOIN US!
