Our client is a leading Roofing Contractor who are based and servicing the Greater Toronto Area. Offering a full service for but not limited to industrial, commercial flat roofing projects throughout the region and constantly providing the highest level of quality services for all our existing & potential clients covering a variety of building owners, property managers and general contractors.

Our clients services are second to none, these services they offer are diverse and include; -Hour emergency leak repairs, new rooftop installations, complete maintenance programs, re-roofing projects and new roof applications.

ALL prospective employees will gain first hand experience in the application and installation of all waterproofing systems through on site and in classroom training.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare detailed condition reports including recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
  • Dispatch production crews and monitor daily work.
  • Provide crews with documentation regarding specific projects
  • Follow up with staff regarding details and site installation (following specifications)
  • Aide in the collection of site data.
  • Perform ‘scope of work’ follow up – collecting site photos and creating reports for client reference
  • Assist in scheduling and coordination of upcoming work
  • Estimate private and tendered work providing material.
  • Provide written quotations to clients.
  • Attend pre-construction, site and tender meetings
  • Provide written job cost summaries outlining labour, material and sub-trade cost.
  • Obtain competitive quotes for materials and sub-trades
  • Co-ordinate work with sub-trades.
  • Liaison with building owners / managers, consultants and engineers
  • Review and monitor material / equipment inventory.
  • Order material orders / organize shipment or pick up of goods
  • Assess required materials needed for jobs and outline to labour force
  • Attend jobs sites monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensure quality standards are abided by
  • Ensure strict focus is given to budgetary demands.
  • Ensure construction schedules are followed, recording and reporting job progress
  • Ensure company Health & Safety policies are being maintained
