Qualifications and Abilities

• Report and communicate with the shop coordinator and general manager.
• Must have a clean driver’s abstract and make safety a priority.
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience floating and operating equipment.
• Must have an A or A Restricted (AR) license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be willing to work on construction job sites as needed.
• Adhere to company Health and Safety Policy.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work independently under little supervision and work well with others.
• Skills in small engine maintenance and repair are an asset.
