We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking IT professional to fill the position of Information Technology Support Technician at our busy law firm. We offer an opportunity to work for an industry-leading firm with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (12 MONTH CONTRACT)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Support user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including workstation preparation
• Delivering technical training to staff on the use of our software
• Answering inquiries from staff regarding software & network issues and assisting with troubleshootingSupport Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
• Help monitor and maintain endpoint security tools and policies
