Your New Role :
In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks to effectively secure mechanical work in the commercial tenant improvement and new construction markets. Your responsibilities will encompass efficiently managing projects from start to finish, including sub-trade management, material procurement, labor allocation, scheduling, progress billing, and final billing. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client retention and drive business development. Additionally, you will collaborate with the estimating team to review, finalize, and submit bids in both the design-build and bid / spec marketplaces.
