Responsibilities :
Manage core general accounting and project accounting activities, including daily operations and workflow optimization.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team, promoting professional development and ensuring high standards of accuracy.
Oversee all accounting functions related to the construction department, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and legal mandates.
Actively contribute to the ongoing implementation and refinement of financial ERP systems.
Prepare and deliver precise financial reports and statements to both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leadership and external accounting partners to deliver insightful financial analyses.
Participate in shaping the strategic direction and evolution of key financial roles within the organization.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated expertise in accounting principles
Must have construction and project accounting experience
Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving work setting.
