Schedule : Regular daytime hours; occasional weekends and on-call shifts as required

Location : Operations are supported from our Hawkesbury and Vars, Ontario shops, with projects carried out at multiple job sites throughout Ontario and Quebec .

Position Summary
The CCTV Operator is responsible for operating CCTV inspection equipment to assess the condition of underground sewer and storm systems. This role involves accurately recording, coding, and reporting findings while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CCTV inspection equipment to inspect sanitary, storm, and combined sewer systems
- Accurately identify, code, and document pipeline conditions, defects, and observations in accordance with industry standards
- Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports, videos, and supporting documentation
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of CCTV equipment and vehicles
- Coordinate with flushing crews and site supervisors to ensure efficient operations
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including confined space and traffic control requirements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members regarding inspection findings and job progress

Completed secondary schoolPrevious experience as a CCTV Operator is an asset (municipal inspection experience preferred)Knowledge of sewer and storm infrastructure systemsFamiliarity with PACP, LACP, or MACP coding standards is an asset (training available)Strong computer skills for data entry, reporting, and video managementAbility to read plans, maps, and inspection drawingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s licence with a clean driving record (DZ or equivalent is an asset)Bilingualism (French / English) is an assetStrong commitment to safety and quality standardsCompensation & Benefits
44 hours per weekOvertime paid at time and a half (1.5×) for work performed between 5 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 AM, as well as on weekends$250 on-call premium when assigned to on-call duty$4.00 / hour night shift incentive for applicable hoursPer diem provided for out-of-town or overnight workStatutory holidays in accordance with Ontario regulationsBenefits and pension plan available following the probation periodApplication Instructions
