Annual Salary Range : Exempt Band 6 , MIN $102,400 - MED $126,900 - MAX $151,500
Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In addition, our pay philosophy is to align with the median of the comparable market and to be considerate of internal equity comparisons.

What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Procurement, this position utilizes change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving operational results for the organization in designing procurement transformation and modernization strategies. This position will assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness through recommendations while supporting implementation through effective communication, training, and other change management solutions.
Manager, Procurement Transformation will lead BC Transit’s procurement modernization and transformation initiative and will be responsible for reviewing current procedures, tools, policies, and processes to identify and implement the required improvements. This position plays a lead role in supporting the department and stakeholders in their business operations including procurement and contract related business decisions. In addition, this position will lead the procurement and contract management initiatives.
