Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
