Description
- Vendor management to ensure the timely achievement of department goals.
- All preventative maintenance requirement for all systems and equipment is evaluated and documented.
- Deliver on Health and Safety requirements.
- Programs are implemented in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Facilitate and schedule ongoing and open communication with tenants to understand any concerns or needs.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls and support any onsite actions required.
- Manage service contracts, standards and KPIs.
- Excel in customer service, understanding that everyone is your customer.
Requirements
Must have a bachelor’s degree.Must be living in Toronto, or close by.Experience in facilities / building / mall management and 3rd party vendor managementThorough knowledge of general maintenance proceduresExcels in customer serviceExceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and a problem solverCorporate Culture
