Summary / Résumé

The Salesforce ETL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes focused on SQL Server–based data migrations, supporting healthcare data platforms and Salesforce Health Cloud integrations.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for SQL Server data migration

Analyze data sources and targets to define effective migration strategies

Build data migration solutions from scratch or adapt existing components

Implement data pipelines, schedule and orchestrate jobs, and automate migration tasks

Design, code, debug, and optimize ETL solutions according to established standards

Participate in code reviews as required

Perform unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Promote ETL processes across environments using SSIS

Document ETL workflows, data mappings, and migration solutions

Provide regular status updates, effort estimates, and identify delivery risks

Collaborate with architects, analysts, DBAs, and other stakeholders

Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies

Requirements / Profil recherché

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

5–7+ years of hands-on experience as an ETL Developer in a data warehouse environment

Strong experience in ETL design, development, testing, and deployment

Solid understanding of database migration concepts and practices

Ability to translate business logic into efficient SQL code

Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision

Ability to manage multiple assignments and perform under pressure

Technical skills / Compétences techniques

SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning

SSIS

Data mapping and data migration

Salesforce Health Cloud

SOQL and PL / SQL scripting

MS Access

Data analysis and debugging
