The Salesforce ETL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes focused on SQL Server–based data migrations, supporting healthcare data platforms and Salesforce Health Cloud integrations.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for SQL Server data migrationAnalyze data sources and targets to define effective migration strategiesBuild data migration solutions from scratch or adapt existing componentsImplement data pipelines, schedule and orchestrate jobs, and automate migration tasksDesign, code, debug, and optimize ETL solutions according to established standardsParticipate in code reviews as requiredPerform unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy and integrityPromote ETL processes across environments using SSISDocument ETL workflows, data mappings, and migration solutionsProvide regular status updates, effort estimates, and identify delivery risksCollaborate with architects, analysts, DBAs, and other stakeholdersParticipate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologiesRequirements / Profil recherché
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering5–7+ years of hands-on experience as an ETL Developer in a data warehouse environmentStrong experience in ETL design, development, testing, and deploymentSolid understanding of database migration concepts and practicesAbility to translate business logic into efficient SQL codeAbility to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple assignments and perform under pressureTechnical skills / Compétences techniques
