Sugarless.Cafe Inc. is looking for an energetic and outgoing

  • Customer Service / Inside Sales
  • professional to join our Vancouver team! This role is based in our restaurant and involves interacting with customers, handling online inquiries and sales, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also assist the kitchen team with meal packaging and light cleaning duties.
  • What We Offer :
  • Base salary + sales commission
  • Potential to earn
  • 5,000+ CAD
  • per month or more
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Respond to online customer inquiries and process sales
  • Provide excellent customer service both in-person and online
  • Assist the kitchen with meal packaging and light cleaning
  • What We're Looking For :
  • Proficiency in
  • both English and Chinese
  • Mandarin)
  • Familiar with computer and smartphone operations, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and full of energy
