As Supply Chain Manager at CMC Electronics, you will be a key driver of both strategic sourcing and tactical purchasing functions for all goods and services, ensuring costs optimization, supply continuity, driving supplier performance — all while supporting on-time production and customer deliveries.

As Supply Chain Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

• Lead a team of 12 buyers and supply chain specialists
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve resilience, reduce costs & minimize risks
• Lead sourcing activities and contracts negotiation with suppliers to secure the best terms, quality, and delivery timelines
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms, identify and implement mitigation measures
• Oversee daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply issues
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage related projects
• Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, applicable standards, and legal / regulatory requirements

How to excel in this role, you must have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in procurement & purchasing
• Minimum five (5) years management experience and strong leadership
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems
