More and more people are wanting and needing to earn more income full / part time from home due to current working conditions in North America. There is a growing need and high demand for financial professionals in a highly regulated industry. We have state of the art offices across the country however our financial professionals can work from home / remote.

Our Independent Brokerage has well known financial firms including but not limited to major banks, investment, insurance, mortgage and debt restructuring companies. This is a paid training program after you complete the provincial / government licensing (HLLQP) which our operations team helps you with complete with complimentary tutoring sessions. Trainees typically start with part time / flexible as an independent contractor (tax write offs) and can transition Full Time for the right candidate.

The Program consists of :

1)  Hands on Training and Shadowing 1 on 1 with a Senior Broker

2)  Dynamic Virtual Training which includes a mix of technical training (financial concepts and strategies) and business training (leadership, communication, interpersonal skills)

3)  Online training to obtain your Broker’s License (HLLQP through the Provincial Government)

Compensation for this opportunity is based on an individual basis because of the different cliental you will be servicing. New agents on average earn $500-$1500 per family / client helped in the training phases. This can increase to $2000-$3000+ per family / client on average as we help you become independent and promote to a Broker contract level. This also results in monthly bonuses and higher residual / passive income from your book of cliental. Please note the upfront compensation, passive income, and bonus amounts will vary based on insurance product type / coverage amount and / or amount of money invested for each individual client.
