Job Title : Home Child Care Provider (NOC 44100)

Work Location : 792 Shawnee Dr SW Calgary AB T2Y 1V9

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

Start Date : As soon as possible

Salary : CAD 22.00 / hour

Language of Work : English

30-35 hours per week

Job Duties :

Supervising and caring for the child during after-school hours;

Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks;

Overseeing the child’s activities, such as reading, games, and outings, as instructed by the employer;

Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home;

Instructing the child in personal hygiene and encouraging independence in daily routines;

Supporting the child’s emotional well-being and social development through respectful and consistent interaction;

Accompanying the child to and from school and other appointments when necessary;

Disciplining the child according to methods approved by the parents;

Keeping records of daily routines and any relevant health or behavioral observations if required by the employer.

Job Requirements :

Child care experience is an asset

Basic English communication skills

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses：

CPR Certificate

First Aid Certificate

Security and safety：

Criminal record check

Ability to multitask

Work Schedule :

Weekdays, after school hours (approximately 3 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM)
