Core Responsibilities
- Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
- Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies, with support from ASM and SM.
- Complete orders for store and office supplies according to guidelines and budgets.
- Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
- Maintain an organized stockroom, ensure products are merchandised, and meet loss prevention targets.
- Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.

Additional Information
The hourly wage ranges from $22.79 to $24.16, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and other factors. Benefits and detailed compensation will be communicated upon offer finalization.
