LeverageTek is actively seeking an SAP Business Architect for an upcoming 9-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.
Key Tasks
- Define the target operating model and business capability roadmap for S / 4HANA adoption
- Lead process harmonization across business units, eliminating unnecessary customizations
- Identify and quantify business value drivers (cost savings, efficiency gains, revenue opportunities)
- Translate business requirements into S / 4HANA-native processes leveraging Fiori, Universal Journal, etc.
- Govern process redesign to align with S / 4HANA simplifications and best practices
- Design cross-functional integration points between finance, supply chain, and operations
- Develop the business case for migration approach (greenfield vs. brownfield vs. hybrid)
- Lead process impact assessments and gap analysis for all functional areas
- Define organizational change management strategy and adoption metrics
- Partner with C-level executives to align S / 4HANA capabilities with digital transformation goals
- Facilitate decision-making on process standardization vs. localization
- Champion user adoption through targeted communications and training strategies
Key Qualifications
10+ years of SAP experience, including full-cycle ECC to S / 4HANA transformationsDeep understanding of S / 4HANA business processesExperience working with enterprise architecture frameworksRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologiesProven experience with business process reengineeringAbility to influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsExperience leading the business transformation aspects of an SAP ECC 6.0 to S / 4HANA migrationStrong capability in bridging business objectives with technical implementation, ensuring the S / 4HANA environment aligns with enterprise goals while optimizing processes and maximizing ROIAssets
