Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (7+ years) with HR ERP / HCM experience to assist with an enterprise system transformation project and implementation of Workforce Software Time and Attendance (HYBRID in Edmonton, AB).
Responsibilities
- Updates documented current business processes for Human Resources
- Provides input and reviews relevant design documents, including solution design
- Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) artifacts such as; test scripts, test cases, test conditions, and expected results
- Assist the Module Lead in facilitating stakeholder meetings,
- Provide recommendations on risk identification and risk mitigation strategies
- Participates in data conversions and performs data validations for MC4 and Cutover, writes SQLs and other tools to help with the validation process
- Participates and actively executes tests during SIT3. Leads testing sessions in UAT to support business area testers.
- Manage changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints (time, scope, budget, etc.)
- Develops appropriate documentation, to program standards and creates appropriate program artifacts
- Delivers to agreed upon project plan, provides status updates, proactively identifies Risks & Issues to the Module Lead
Must Have
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst
- SAP Cloud (S4 / HANA) or similar Cloud ERP experience
- Experience with Data Validation and Cutover activities ( implementation experience)
- Can write SQL queries
- Professional degree or certification (CBAP preferred)
- Willing and able to work Hybrid in Edmonton, AB (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
