What will you do?
Perform all Job duties as outlined in the Collective Bargaining AgreementProvide PM Service, Service Calls on Assigned HVAC-R tickets.Perform Mechanical Preventative Maintenance (testing and verification of HVAC-R systems)Perform Install / Retrofit Projects for Customers as required.Able to be mobile (on feet) for an entire day, outside of Union break periods.Able to carry Ascend / Descend ladders for extended periods of time during shift.Able to Ascend / Descend stairs, including multiple flights if required by sites.Able to perform heavy lifting as required.Source pricing for Non-Siemens parts required for customer quotes and provide information toCSM in a reasonable fashion.Asst with On-Site Service calls, New Install / Retrofit Projects, Customer Requests, Other Tradesand other Siemens Departments or Branches.Assist BMS Technicians with PM when assigned together and Service Calls where Mechanical Equipment is connected to BMS systems.Respond 24 / 7 to “After hours Calls for Mechanical Service”, with all requirements listed above.Developing relationships with new customers in line with business development objectives.Working with Mechanical Sales team and Client Service ManagersWhat will you need to succeed?
Possess a high school diploma or GED. Associate degree or other technical training and mechanical aptitude is preferred.Licensed Refrigeration Journeyman.Good written and verbal communication skills.Must be physically able to climb, work in high places and / or confined spaces. Must be able to distinguish various colored electric components.A minimum of 1 year installation and electrical trade experience is required.Must have the ability to acquire local certifications & licenses.About us.
