They are currently looking for a salesrepresentative to develop the Ontario territory.
Job description
The sales representative's mainresponsibility will be to develop the customer base in the assigned territoryto ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Become aware of the company's salesobjectives and strategies for the territory and its customers.
- Develop customers in the assigned territoryin order to ensure the achievement and exceeding of sales objectives.
- Establish close relationships, throughphone calls, visits or presentations, with current clients and take charge ofaccount management in order to meet their needs, while fostering a focusedbusiness approach on profitability.
- Perform and present bids.
- Solicit and visit current and potentialcustomers in its territory in order to establish contacts and promote thecompany's products.
Be proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Know all the products offered by thecompany and make sure to keep his knowledge up to date.
- Analyze business opportunities with targetcustomers.
- Identify potential customers in itsterritory based on the target markets.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction. See toanswer their questions and provide efficient and rapid solutions when necessary.
- Participate in activities and conventions.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background.
- 2 to 5 years' sales experience with car dealerships.
- Experience in business development.
- Good communication with skills to developnew accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop theprofitability of your accounts.
- Flexible, able to adapt and evolve with thebusiness and the market.
- Ability to make presentations.
- Demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
Work conditions
- Permanent position.
- Base salary + car allowance + commissions.
- Total variable package between $100,000 - $150,000.

- 100% telecommuting role with customer visits (on the road)
