Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator II assists the Animal Ethics and Care Program (AECP) by supporting the reliability, security, and ongoing access to its software systems by coordinating configuration updates, access requests, and audit‑ready records in collaboration with Western Research leaders. Additionally, the Program Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating software updates, facilitating user access and permissions, and providing first‑level technical support to staff. The role also monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues within established procedures, and collaborates with other Departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
