2 Millwright/Industrial Mechanic (Day/Night)
Reference Code : 048550 Our exclusive client a leader in distribution is looking for a licensed Millwright with the right personality and excellent skills to join their team in Brampton, ONLocation : Brampton, ONOngoing Contract will be until Jan 2025, then possible ExtensionWorking hours : 1 day shift, and 1 night shift. (details below)
- Day Shift : Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7am-7pm AND EVERY 3rd week, they will work Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 7am-7pm*
- Night Shift : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 7pm-7am AND every 3rd week they will work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 7pm-7am Note- this means that 2 weeks are 36 hours each.
Then, on the 3rd week, there is a substantial amount of overtime paid at time and half.Must have : 433a Certification, and year (minimum) of Canadian experience.
This client will accept Canadian apprenticeships also. This job entails ongoing & general plant maintenance.
- Experience in DC equipment, processing equipment, maintaining conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, fabricating parts, machine set-up / repairs, installations etc.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance
- Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
- Experience troubleshooting machines and equipment
