Program Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned automotive programs, from initial concept through production and post-launch analysis. This role requires a proactive leader capable of driving projects forward while ensuring cost, quality, and timeline objectives are met.   Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage the development and launch of automotive programs involving injection molding.
• Oversee program timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Manage communication between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on track.
