Responsibilities include :
SUPERVISE AND MANAGE A SHIFT OF 8-10 FOOD SERVICE COUNTER ATTENDANTS AND KITCHEN HELPERS, ESTABLISH WORK SCHEDULES, ESTIMATE AND ORDER INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES, ENSURE FOOD SERVICE AND QUALITY, MAINTAIN RECORDS OF STOCK, REPAIRS, SALES, WASTAGE, PREPARE AND SUBMIT REPORTS, TRAIN STAFF IN JOB DUTIES, SANITATION AND SAFETY PROCEDURES, HIRE LOCAL STAFF. FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT, WORK UNDER PRESSURE, TIGHT DEADLINES, COMBINATION OF SITTING, STANDING, WALKING. ENTER SALES, ACTIVITIES AND OTHER DATA IN FILES, REGISTERS AND COMPUTERS. HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. ADDRESS AND RESOLVE EMPLOYEE CONCERNS.
We offer attractive wages of $14.00 to $16.00 / per hour for a minimum of 40 Hours a week.
