Senior Software Engineer

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Engineer to own our MVP (Equity role).

I’m the founder of Monimate, a fintech startup building Personal Financial Stability Intelligence (PFSI) — a new way to predict and explain financial pressure before it happens.

We are at a critical MVP stage and I’m looking for one senior engineer who can take charge of execution, not just write tickets.

This is not a junior role.

This is not a freelance task list.

This is a leadership + hands-on build role.

What you’ll own

• Technical ownership of the MVP
• Turning product logic into a clean, scalable architecture
• Setting engineering standards and workflows (repos, tickets, environments)
• Working closely with me (founder) to translate product intent into code
• Coordinating and guiding other engineers where needed
